The automatic cassette assembling machine is a complete auto-mated assembly system for in-vitro diagnostic test strips. This equipment takes finished uncut sheets of invitro diagnostic test strips, feeds them automatically into the system, cuts them into individual test strips of preset widths, and then loads them into plastic base cassettes. Subsequently, the assembly station completes the loading of the top cover, followed by final inspection, pressing, and tightening before output. During the assembly process, CCD visual inspection is performed at two stations: before cutting the uncut sheets into test strips and after assembling the top cover onto the cassette, to detect and remove unqualified materials, ensuring the quality meets customer production line requirements. Additionally, the automatic assembling machine adopts an innovative modular design, allowing customers to achieve flexible configuration for multi-cassette loading, such as dual-cassette or triple-cassette setups, by simply adding one or two more loading stations for equipment upgrades and multi-cassette installations.
